My students are typically very motivated to be alert and attentive in class during study groups or watching informational films. They also don't watch TV or play with their phones too much because it makes them dizzy and want to take a break. If you like breaks, set your timer.

During these breaks, engage in an activity that helps you relax and recharge, such as stretching or taking a quick walk. It's important to keep these breaks short and structured, so you don't lose focus completely. Remember, the key is finding a balance between dedicated study time and giving yourself small, rejuvenating breaks. By implementing these strategies, you can cultivate a more effective study routine and enhance your overall learning experience.
